Aims of the Association

The ERTOA was formally incorporated as an association in October 2006 Australian Capital Territory (ACT) under the terms of the ACT Associations Incorporation Act 1991. Click on the following links for copies of the Association’s Certificate of Incorporation and Constitution.

The Aim of the Association is to achieve and maintain national recognition as the peak representative body and association of choice for enterprise RTOs.

To achieve this aim the Association will:

• Provide its members with the support and assistance they need to operate effectively and efficiently.

• Actively seek to influence the Australian VET sector and promote the interests of member enterprises.
