Each year ERTOA develops and releases a range of documents relevant to the interests and concerns of members. These include research reports, position papers, member briefing notes and various guidelines and templates for the use of members.

The documentation lists are reviewed monthly and old or outdated documents are removed to an archive. Please contact the ERTOA Member Services Officer for enquiries about the ERTOA document archive, or to obtain a copy of an archived document.

This survey addresses the feasibility of collecting and reporting AVETMISS learner demographic data using the learning management systems currently being used by members. The results confirm strong anecdotal evidence that the AQTF 2010 requirement for 'AVETMISS-compliant' data collection and reporting will be problematic for most enterprise RTOs.
