Membership of Financial Services Training Package FNS04 Review NPRG. National Project Reference Groups (NPRGs) and Project Advisory Committees (PACs) are developed on a needs-basis and are responsible for providing advice and feedback to IBSA around specific projects. These groups/committees provide input to the development of project reports, units of competency and other deliverables, and promote the project and its outcomes to other relevant stakeholders. Regular meetings provide a forum for targeted project guidance and industry content expertise; enabling the exchange of ideas, identification of issues, gathering of information, and the development of appropriate solutions

The National Uniform Drillers’ Licensing Committee (NUDLC) is an experienced body in Australian water resource management matters, and is able to provide information and technical advice on matters relevant to the management of and access to groundwater to assist in the development of policy advice.  It comprises representatives of State and Territory governments (the ACT is a non-attending member), the Australian Drilling Industry Association and the Australian Drilling Industry Training Committee Limited. Originally convened in 1989 to develop a uniform system of driller licensing for water wells, the Committee has been in continuous operation since 1990.   Its considerable achievements include:

- Development, publication and review of the Minimum Bore Construction Requirements (1997; Edition 2, 2003; currently reviewing).

- Agreed protocols for driller licensing and recognition nationally.

- The development and maintenance of a national uniform examination for driller licensing.

Since late 2009 ERTOA has met formally with the other peak provider groups, TAFE Directors Australia (TDA), the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET) and Group Training Australia (GTA). The meetings are at the EO level and are as needed but planned for quarterly. The meetings allow discussion of joint concerns and joint representation on issues.
